Description
This 2022 414ce's sound is amplified by the Taylor Expression System 2 (ES2) electronicsthe heart of which is a patented behind-the-saddle pickup with three uniquely positioned and individually calibrated pickup sensors. Because the pickup doesn't sit under the saddle, the bottom of the saddle comes in full contact with the bridge, allowing all the nuance of the guitar's tone to come through clearly, whether playing acoustically or plugged-in. The ES2 operates through a proprietary 9-volt battery compartment and easy-to-use Volume and active Bass and Treble controls. Additional appointments to the 414ce include a neo-tropical mahogany neck in a standard carve profile, a satin neck finish and gloss body finish, V-Class bracing and nickel tuners. A gorgeous fingerboard of colorful West African ebony with custom Imperial inlay patterns rounds out the design, making this limited-edition guitar a true work of art.
The 2022 414ce V-Class Redwood LTD Edition Grand Auditorium acoustic-electric guitar comes with a deluxe Taylor hardshell case.
